研究兴趣


 二维超导体的制备与物性研究,包括高质量晶态超导薄膜的分子束外延生长,二维超导体系的量子相变(超导-绝缘体/金属相变,量子格里菲斯奇异性)、量子振荡、反常金属态、玻色奇异金属态、伊辛超导和拓扑超导等前沿研究方向。二维超导体的制备与物性研究,包括高质量晶态超导薄膜的分子束外延生长,二维超导体系的量子相变(超导-绝缘体/金属相变,量子格里菲斯奇异性)、量子振荡、反常金属态、玻色奇异金属态、伊辛超导和拓扑超导等前沿研究方向。


The fabrication and physical properties of two-dimensional (2D) superconducting systems, including molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) growth of high quality crystalline superconducting thin films, quantum phase transitions in 2D superconducting systems (superconductor-insulator/metal transition, quantum Griffiths singularity), quantum oscillations, anomalous metal, bosonic strange metal, Ising superconductivity and topological superconductivity, etc.

拟每年招收硕士或博士研究生1-2,欢迎本科生加入课题组。
