个人简介

刘畅,中国人民大学副教授,国自然优青项目获得者。2013年本科毕业于南京大学物理学院,2019年在清华大学物理系获博士学位,2016年至2017年在麻省理工学院国家公派联合培养2019年加入北京量子信息科学研究院,2022年加入中国人民大学物理学院。研究方向为低维拓扑体系输运实验研究。先后获得清华大学物理系研究生最高奖吴有训奖、任之恭奖,2020中国百篇最具影响国际学术论文奖,2021年中国新锐科技人物卓越影响奖,2024年入选“北京市科技新星”。目前在Nature及其子刊,PRLPRX等期刊发表论文28篇,其中第一(共同)和通讯作者论文14篇。

研究兴趣

研究对象:低维量子材料,包括但不限于二维材料、磁性材料、拓扑材料

研究方向:

1. 利用低温强磁场中的量子输运手段,研究材料中新奇的拓扑量子物态及相变行为,包括量子反常霍尔效应、轴子绝缘体等;

2. 通过对界面、电场、磁场的调控,探索拓扑量子物态与维度、电荷、自旋、轨道等自由度的耦合;

3. 发展脉冲强磁场下的输运测量手段,研究极端条件下电子物态的演化,寻找可能存在的新的量子基态;

4. 开发新型单晶解理和加工技术,实现高质量的器件制备。
