Research Interests

1) Controllable preparation of novel low-dimensional nanomaterials (Graphene, hBN, MoS2, Graphene/hBN...) );

2) Research on the thermal transport characteristics of low-dimensional systems;

3) Design and application of new material devices;

4) Industrial applications of graphene (touch screen, flexible e-paper, flexible dimming film, composite materials...) )

Talent Cultivation

She has graduated 2 master's degrees and won 3 national scholarships. There are 2 doctoral students and 3 master's students. It is planned to recruit 1-2 graduate students (direct doctorate, master's and doctor's degree, master's degree) every year.

It is planned to recruit more postdoctoral fellows, majoring in physics, electronics, and materials is preferred, please send your resume to schen@ruc.edu.cn.

Achievements

I have long been dedicated to the research on controlled preparation, physical property characterization, and device applications of novel two-dimensional nanomaterials. In recent years, I have published more than 30 SCI-indexed research papers in international journals such as Nature Materials and Nature Communications. These papers have been cited over 2,039 times by SCI-indexed papers including Nature and Science, with the highest single citation of 418 times for a first-authored paper. Among them, nine papers have been selected as Highly Cited Papers in the ESI database over the past decade, and two first-authored papers were listed as Hot Papers (top 0.1% most influential global papers in ESI within the recent two years) in 2013. In 2013, I was awarded the National Hundred Excellent Doctoral Dissertation Prize.
