Research Interests

Relying on the national large scientific facilities Beijing Electron-Positron Collider (BEPC) and Beijing Spectrometer (BES), high-energy physics experimental research is carried out in the tau-charm energy region. Main research interests include:

  1. Production and decay properties of charmed hadrons.

  2. Quantum correlation characteristics of neutral charm mesons.

  3. Production and decay of (charmonium-like) states, etc.

Talent Cultivation

We plan to enroll 1-2 master's or doctoral students each year; postdoctoral positions are available year-round; undergraduate students interested in participating in high-energy physics research are welcome to join the research group.

Achievements

Relying on the Beijing Electron-Positron Collider (BEPC) and the Beijing Spectrometer (BES) experiment, the research group has published representative research works as the first author or corresponding author on behalf of the BESIII Collaboration, including:

1 Study of the Semileptonic Decay Lambda_c+->Lambda e+\nu_e; Phys. Rev. Lett. 129 231803 (2022).

2 Determination of the Strong-Phase Parameters in D0->Ks/Lpi+pi-; Phys. Rev. Lett. 124, 241802 (2020).

3 First Measurement of the Form Factors in Ds+->K0e+nu_e and Ds+->K*0e+\nu_e; Phys. Rev. Lett. 122, 061801 (2019).

4 Observation of Lambda_c+->nKs0pi+; Phys. Rev. Lett. 118, 112001 (2017).

5 Measurement of the Absolute Branching Fraction for Lambda_c->Lambda e+\nu_e; Phys. Rev. Lett. 115, 221805 (2015).

The research group has received funding from the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), including the Young Scientists Fund in 2016, a General Program in 2018, and the Excellent Young Scientists Fund in 2021. Additionally, it was supported by the Royal Society Newton International Fellowship in 2018.
