Since its launch in 2010, the National Undergraduate Physics Experiment Competition has been organized under the leadership of various national-level demonstration centers for physics experiment teaching. As an authoritative national event included in the discipline competition list of the Chinese Society of Higher Education, it has become an important platform for testing the level of physics experiment teaching in colleges and universities. On July 23, 2025, the 11th National Undergraduate Physics Experiment Competition (Teaching) concluded successfully.
Prior to the competition, teachers from the Physics Experiment Teaching Center, including Liu Juanjuan, Zhang Hongxia, Xu Rui, Pang Fei, Cheng Zhihai, and Wang Le, provided systematic guidance and targeted training to the 2 participating students selected by our college. During the competition, the two students responded calmly and completed various assessments with their solid knowledge foundation and flexible adaptability. Eventually, they won the second prize and the third prize respectively, which not only brought honor to the college but also demonstrated the solid achievements of our college in the field of physics experiment teaching.

The achievement of this result is inseparable from the college's long-term high attention to and strong support for experimental teaching work, and also benefits from the support of the funds for the top talent training program of the Academic Affairs Office and the funds for the fourth and fifth batches of "123" Golden Course construction. It is in such an educational environment that the Physics Experiment Teaching Center has been able to continuously optimize the teaching system, improve guidance capabilities, and build a growth bridge for students from classroom learning to competition. In the future, our college will continue to consolidate the foundation of experimental teaching and encourage more students to hone their skills and shine in discipline competitions.
